The Loudonville Village Income Tax Department is charged with the collection, audit and enforcement of the 1.75 percent municipal income tax pursuant Chapter 860 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Loudonville.
These taxes provide revenue to fund, in part, the following services for our Village:
• Police protection • EMS/paramedics • Fire protection • Recreation
• Park Maintenance • Street maintenance • Cemetery maintenance
• Capital improvements
